RaceWire | Whole Foods Market 5K & Kids Fun Run
I'm leaving for Fresh Pond right now to do my weekly 2.5 time trial. I am a little nervous, since my training after Tuesday didn't go as it should have, and I'm to blame. No excuses. But hopefully, I can do something decent today and more than make up for it by training well and running hard next week in the 5k. Luckily, the 5k takes place right near FP and I can check out the course and make it a 10 mile day today. Hopefully, FP will go well and my training will go well. We shall see...
